For many generations the Casino has been a fixture of club life in Wittlich. Under new management we are carrying that tradition forward – with a fresh eye on the kitchen, the rooms and hospitality.
The listed building on Friedrichstraße has been home to the Casino-Gesellschaft Wittlich e.V. since 1900, a society that has fostered encounter, culture and conviviality here since its founding in 1858. The gastronomy in the house has changed operators several times since – we have been carrying that tradition of hospitality forward since 1 October 2026.
With the handover to our team, the character of the house is preserved: good food, a welcoming atmosphere and space for community. What is new are fresh ideas for the menu, events and service.
The Casino Society (Casino-Gesellschaft Wittlich e. V.) is still based in the same house today – an independent, non-profit community association with around 200 members that has stood for encounter, culture and conviviality here since 1858. Their regulars' tables and club evenings are guests here; our restaurant welcomes members and visitors from Wittlich alike.
